Thinking of you all especially this morning and hoping so much that there is another more innocuous reason for Colin's symptoms. There is a limit to how much any family can take.

Take great care Lylie, my thoughts are with you so much,
Love Liz

just back from the hospital about half an hour ago, then had internet problems but ok now.

Thanks for all your replies, very sweet of you all. Colin may have a recurrence of Hodgkins, or it might be "STRESS". He was very tearful after two lumps removed this morning and another to be done tomorrow, tests may take a week or so for results.

I had a video conference with my "favourite" man, he THINKS there may be a chap (somewhere he couldn't pronounce and I can't remember ) who MAY have an answer to the complete failure of all the drugs on my own lumps, one of which has grown considerably; this is a last ditch attempt, and I am not too sure I want to get involved with all the drugs and what they mean to my body anymore. The choice is simple, either I give them a go, feel terrible and useless and get a few more months if I am lucky, or I don't and then I won't. All this is bad enough but then I put Helen in the equation and I have NO idea what to do.

Lx

And now when I wanted to edit my previous post there's no little box where I can click on to do so, where has it gone?

Oh Lylie, I have no idea what I would do if I was in your position.
Things look so bleak for you, I wish a few miracles could come your way.
Praying for you and hope you can make the decision that's right for you.

Lots of love and hugs, Doreen xx

Oh Lylie, you have been through so very much with the drugs and illness, making a big decision like this must seem impossible to contemplate.
I wish there was a way to make it easier somehow through all the nightmares. Maybe a little more detail from your doctor would be helpful to you?

Whatever you decide Lylie will be the right thing for you, so much in life is about timing when it comes down to it and time seems to be the great pressure on you right now.

Sending you so very much courage, support and love,
Liz

Dear Lylie,

What a horrible decision to have to make. Whichever way it goes, be assured of my prayers, prayers and more prayers.

Thinking of you and yours,

Kathleen x
